We Do What It Takes to Get You There

Find Success at Rad Air

At Rad Air, we do what it takes to make our franchisees successful. We provide significant training, hand holding, and support as you get your shop going. We also aren’t afraid of hands-on work: When our Strongsville shop was under construction during one of the wettest springs on record, Andy Fiffick, our founder and CEO, rounded up dehumidifiers so that cement could be poured. If there’s a problem, large or small, you’ll be surrounded by a team of passionate and supportive individuals who are invested in your success and the success of the Rad Air brand.

Hear From a Franchisee

Meet Bill Snow

Bill Snow didn’t set out to become a franchisee. But, after an experience with poor car care sparked a desire to make the automotive repair industry better, he connected with Rad Air. The company aligned with his vision and goals—so much so that he didn’t even consider looking at another brand. In 2014, he opened his Rad Air shop in Wickliffe, a community that was part of his childhood, and hasn’t looked back. Get to know Bill’s story and his unique perspective for prospective franchisees.

Comprehensive Onboarding and Ongoing Training

Access Industry-Leading Franchisee Support

If you ask any of our franchisees, they’ll tell you that we are not only a phone call or text away, but we proactively check in on our current franchise owners and managers to help when needed and provide ongoing support. We also support our franchisees with their local marketing, leadership development, community events, and business growth ideas.

Our new franchisees receive at least four weeks of onboard training. If you’re new to the auto industry, don’t worry: By the end of the training program, you’ll know everything you need to open your Rad Air location. Our onboard training covers daily operations, invoicing, accounting, decision making, customer service, and team leadership. And we don’t stop there. We provide ongoing technical and business training throughout the year and on-demand training as needed, which got us recognized as one of FranServe’s FRAN-TASTIC 500 Franchises in 2022.
